Order Processing

Please allow one working day for your order to be fulfilled and shipped.  If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Times

We ship worldwide! For all EU countries, please allow 5-7working days to receive your order.

For all countries outside the EU, please allow 8-10 working days.  Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.

Returns 

If you purchased the wrong product, we offer a 15 day exchange guarantee (provided that your purchase is unopened and unused).  Shipping fees are to be covered by the customer.  Please provide proof of receipt. Damaged products will be replaced when reported within 3 days of receiving.  Used products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
